Dreams
A dream is a journey reflection. You didn't set an intention, you weren't awake for it, and you came back with something anyway, which makes it the one journey everybody has already taken, most nights, without counting it.
The work is the same as any other journey: get it down before it goes, notice where it landed in the body, and see what is true in it for you. The difference is that preparation happened without you, and the material arrives whole.
Write it before you move.A dream is mostly gone within minutes of standing up. Speak it into your Book while it is still there. The fragments, the feeling, the one image that stayed. It does not have to make sense.
What it means comes later, and it comes from you.
Dreams also feed the interpretation work: bringing one to the Book and asking what it might mean, through whichever lenses you have chosen. Those are offered as perspectives to stir something, never as an answer.
