The Book of You
The journey opens the door. Integration is how you walk through it.
A journey can show you something true in an afternoon. Living it takes the rest of your life. Most of what we see in a moment of clarity is gone within a week, talked out of us by habit, by doubt, by the people we learned to be. That is why we believe integration is the deepest part of the work, and why everything we do is built around the Book of You.
Your Book is your integration tool. It keeps what came through you, turns it into what you do, and brings it back to you every day, until it stops being something you felt and becomes who you are.
Your Book is also a mirror. So much of what we need to see lives in our patterns, and our people cannot be with us every day. Your Book can. It reflects back what you write and, when you ask, shows you patterns you might miss. You look, you understand, you adjust, and you go back in with new information. That is journey work, every day.
Your truths
What came through you, in your own words, with a mantra short enough to carry. Each one stays with you for as long as you choose: a week, 30, 60 or 90 days.
Your commitments
The things you choose to do because of a truth, small enough to keep, with a day to keep them by.
Your practices
A few minutes a day that keep you present enough to follow through: breath, sound, the body, guided by voice.
Your journal
Everything you want to put down as you go: a thought, a trigger, a pattern, a moment you do not want to lose.
Your resistance
What pushes back, met without shame and written down, because it shows you where a part of you is not yet in step with your truth.
Your people
A buddy for the week after a journey, and a guide you can share with when you choose. Nobody sees your Book unless you share it.
- Each morningYour Book opens on your mantra, your truth, and what you wanted to remember when you woke.
- Through the daySay it now, the moment it happens. Or tap Name it when something stirs, and notice what is here.
- Each eveningA short close: how it went, what you noticed, and anything you want to remember tomorrow.
- Each weekYour weekly review: what went well, what is staying with you, and what you want to carry into the next week.
It is private, and it is yours. You can write as much or as little as you like, and when you ask, your Book offers readings drawn only from your own words, always marked as its suggestion, never a verdict.
Love lives in the present moment. Every practice in your Book has one purpose: to bring you back to now. Not to fix you, because nothing is wrong with you. To bring you home, again and again, until being present is simply how you live.
We do this through the body and the mind, and that opens the heart. And sometimes the heart leads. Through the body: breath, movement, stillness, the senses. Through the mind: noticing our stories, setting intention, reflecting on what came. When body and mind settle, the heart opens, and love is there. It always was.
