Cancellations
All sales are final for events under $75.
For events of $75 and over, cancel at least 7 days before and you get a full refund.
If something serious happens, like an illness or a family emergency, write to us at within@bookofyou.co and you can ask for a credit toward another event.
If we cancel or move an event, you always get a full refund.
Pay what you want, and free events
You chose what to pay, or nothing was paid, so there is nothing to refund.
Free gatherings, held for everyone.
Our free gatherings are offered in service, and every place in them is held for someone. When a place stays empty, someone else could have been there. If you register for free gatherings and miss three without letting us know, we will pause free registrations for you for three months, so those places stay open for people who can come. Paid events stay open to you, and you are always welcome back.
Paid to your guide directly
When an event is paid to the practitioner and not through the Book of You, their own cancellation policy applies.
